Technoton Workshop: Retrieving Data from Vehicle Information Buses

June 19, Technoton hosted in Moscow a workshop for developers and fleet monitoring integrators. Technoton specialists explained in-detail the features and functioning of S6 telematics bus. We have created a simulation model to show how the bus functions with real telematics sensors and vehicle electronic control units.

After connecting S6 telematics bus to the CAN buses of the vehicle, it retrieves the necessary telematics data from the buses and transmits it to the fleet monitoring device.

S6 will significantly help developers and fleet engineers to connect telematics sensors and scale a fleet monitoring system using only one tracking device with CAN input. With S6 you can monitor a large number of vehicle operation parameters.

Technoton specialists presented a new fuel level sensor, and also covered fuel flow meters and axle load sensors installation.
