Technoton starts the new academic year with an on-site technical training in Mexico

Merida (Yucatan, Mexico), 26 August – 01 September 2015.
Andrei Trubchyk, engineer of Technoton technical department, has conducted the training on installation of telematics sensors for our Mexican partner.
Training course included both theory and practice.
Technical specialists learned how to:

  • evaluate technical condition of the vehicle before starting works on sensors mounting and security requirements;
  • install, connect and configure of DUT-E fuel level sensors as well as calibrate fuel tank, install sensors on double-tank vehicles;
  • select proper DFM fuel flow meter model and install it into fuel supply system of the engine;
  • install and calibrate GNOM axle load sensors on vehicles with air and leaf-spring suspension types;
  • connect Crocodile contactless readers and calibrate NozzleCrocodile contactless injector reader.

As a result of training practical part several Technoton telematics sensors been mounted on vehicles.

DUT-E AF and DUT-E 232 fuel level sensors been installed into fuel tanks of Kenworth trucks for monitoring of tank refilling and fuel thefts.

GNOM DDE axle load sensor been installed on International fuel dispenser truck for monitoring of the carried fuel weight.

Unique installation case as the full loaded weight of the vehicle is over 62 000 kg. We have not monitored such a heavy-duty machines with GNOM sensors before!
